These terms govern use of the site and, once sales are enabled, requests and purchases from Humus Recicla.

Preliminary version
The catalogue remains under commercial review. A listing without confirmed price or stock is informational and cannot be purchased. Final terms must be reviewed before payments are enabled.
2. Catalogue and information
We aim to clearly describe products, pack size, use, price and availability. Photographs are illustrative and natural variations may occur without changing advertised characteristics.
Site guidance is general and does not replace the label, an approved sheet, soil analysis or advice from an agronomy professional.
3. Price, stock and availability
Only products with confirmed price and stock can be added. Total price, taxes, discounts and delivery will be shown before payment.
A cart does not reserve stock. The server revalidates price, availability and delivery. An obvious error or unavailable stock will be disclosed and a final charge avoided or the applicable refund arranged.
4. Order and payment
- The customer selects products and gives accurate information.
- The site shows the summary and enabled delivery and payment methods.
- Humus Recicla verifies the provider's payment result directly.
- Confirmation is sent to the customer's contact channel.
A receipt screen or email does not replace payment confirmation. An order is never marked paid solely from the browser return address.
5. Delivery, collection and returns
Methods, coverage, charge and estimate are disclosed before payment and governed by the Shipping and Returns policies. Customers must check their address and remain contactable.
6. Responsible use and intellectual property
Users must not interfere with security, access restricted areas, automate abuse, impersonate others or use content unlawfully.
The brand, design, owned copy, photographs and sheets belong to their owners. Publication does not permit commercial exploitation without written permission or legal exception.
7. Liability and rights
Nothing limits mandatory rights under Chilean law. Humus Recicla remains responsible for its legal duties and, where lawful, not for use contrary to instructions or incorrect customer information.
