Humus Recicla has not confirmed delivery areas, charges or times. Checkout will not offer a method until its terms are configured and visible before payment.

Coverage is validated by region, municipality or configured zone. Delivery charge, minimum order and any free-delivery condition are shown before payment.
Quotes for special quantities, unconfigured areas or bulky freight are valid only under their stated conditions.
The estimate is disclosed before confirmation or during a quote and starts once payment, stock and delivery details are verified.
If a later event prevents the estimate being met, we will notify the customer and provide the alternatives required by law.
Once enabled, we will provide place, time window and required details. Customers must wait for ready confirmation. Permanent opening hours remain unconfirmed.
Check quantity, product identity and packaging. Report visible damage, shortage or a wrong item with the order number where possible.
The absence of an immediate photograph or note does not by itself remove statutory rights.
We investigate incidents with the carrier. The remedy depends on order status and applicable rights and may include redelivery, replacement, refund or another agreed solution.
