This policy explains withdrawal, exchange, return and statutory guarantee requests for distance purchases once the store is enabled.

This policy recognises current statutory rights. Humus Recicla has not approved voluntary benefits; their absence does not restrict withdrawal or the statutory guarantee where applicable.
For distance purchases, consumers may change their mind within 10 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, in the cases and conditions set by Chilean law.
The product must not have deteriorated through consumer action, and original packaging elements must be returned in good condition or their previously disclosed value restored.
Law excludes certain goods used beyond inspection, that deteriorate or expire quickly, were made to customer specifications, or are personal-use goods with opened seals.
An exclusion applies only if requirements are met and it was prominently disclosed before purchase and payment. It cannot limit the guarantee for faults or non-conformity.
If a new product is faulty, unfit for normal use or differs from its description, consumers may exercise the guarantee within six months of receipt and, where applicable, choose free repair, replacement or refund.
It does not cover deterioration caused by use contrary to instructions, unsuitable storage or consumer action. Cases are reviewed without barriers restricting legal rights.
Contact us promptly. We will review the details and coordinate the appropriate completion, replacement, collection, refund or other remedy without improper cost.
We will not require only the original receipt where the purchase can be proven another valid way.
We advise how to return based on size, location and reason. Do not send without coordination. Costs follow the reason and law; a valid guarantee must not attract charges that restrict it.
Approved amounts are refunded within the legal timeframe through the original method where technically possible. Later posting may depend on the bank or provider.
Humus Recicla has not defined exchanges for preference, pack size or mistaken purchase. If introduced, timeframe, condition and coverage will be published separately from withdrawal and guarantee rights.
